I am a trainer who specializes in weight loss, toning up, muscle gain, specific athletic training, and martial arts (especially the striking arts, such as boxing and kickboxing). I have experience working with clients of all backgrounds, ages, and levels of ability. If you are looking to shed some pounds, prepare yourself for an upcoming bodybuilding or sports competition, improve your boxing skills, or simply stay in shape, then I can definitively help.

I believe that working out should be effective in helping you reach your goals, but also fun and interesting at the same time. I will show you the right way to work out, I will keep you motivated, but above all, I will always challenge your body. Through a combination of weight exercises, plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio, and nutritional guidance, I will help you get the results you’ve always wanted.

– Besides personal training, I also offer private boxing and kickboxing lessons.

– I have numerous fitness certifications, copies of which I can provide upon request.

– My session fee is $25/hour, and the first session is free so you can see what I have to offer and get acquainted with my style to see if I’m the right trainer for you.

– I am willing to travel to your home, or another location of your choosing to train. I operate in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, all of Hudson County (Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, etc), and western Long Island.
