We promise that we will provide a detailed analysis of your medical bills, identify overcharges, mistakes and, perhaps most importantly, unfair charges based on our re-pricing analysis.

What is the cost for your Medical and Hospital Bill Review services?

We will provide an initial consultation to learn about your specific problems regarding your medical bills, on the telephone or in-person at our offices. If we believe, after a preliminary review of your medical bills, that we can be of service, we will ask you for an initial payment of $450 to cover our in-depth analysis, including a report to help you negotiate your own bill reductions. Your only other possible charges would be for disbursements to obtain medical records or for sending faxes.

The balance of our fees will be based on a percentage of any savings, including any refunds, adjustments, or credits that we obtain for you. Our customary fee is 30% of your net savings. If we are able to save you any money, after having your charges reduced, because of our negotiation services, we will provide a full $450 credit off our final professional services bill.

RMBR takes into account the financial circumstances of our clients. When appropriate, we will try to work out a fee payment plan to help you cover fees for our services. We accept both MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards.

Special Discounted Services for Patients who suffer from a chronic illness:

For those patients being treated for a chronic illness, such as diabetes, cancer or heart disease, we offer our Medical and Hospital Bill Review services on a reduced fee basis to help patients and their families cope with the anguish of requiring extended medical treatments.

RMBR will offer those patients a monthly maintenance program to provide some peace of mind while we review all of their on-going medical bills. For a small monthly fee, you will receive the same high quality of services that we provide to the patient with an isolated one-time bill for a medical treatment.
